Welcome to Plotresume (“we”, “our”, “us”). Plotresume is owned and operated by Voxo Nigeria Limited. By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Service

Plotresume provides resume creation, editing, management, and optimization services. While certain features may be available for free at our discretion, full resume management, editing, and downloading functions are accessible only with an active paid subscription.

2. Account Registration & Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Plotresume, you automatically accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all rules governing the service.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically every month.
• Charges occur on the 1st of each month.
• If we are unable to charge your payment method for at least 7 days after the renewal date, your account may be restricted.
• During restriction, resume editing, management, and download features will be disabled until payment is successfully completed.

4. Service Access Based on Subscription Status

Resume building and AI assistance are available. However, full resume management tools are only available to users with an active subscription. Free features, if any, are offered solely at Plotresume’s discretion and may be modified or removed at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Plotresume offers a 14-day refund policy for all paid subscriptions.

A user may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if the service does not meet their expectations or if the charge was made in error.

Refund requests submitted within the 14-day period will be processed in accordance with this policy.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.
• If the original payment method cannot receive refunds, Plotresume will issue the refund through an alternative method such as bank transfer or Payoneer.
• If neither option is available, the refund will be issued as platform credits that can be used within the Plotresume service.

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting Plotresume support at the official support email provided on the website.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring all provided information is accurate. Unauthorized account sharing or access attempts may lead to account suspension.

7. Service Availability

While we aim for seamless experience, Plotresume does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues may lead to temporary service interruption.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

All tools, content, design, and AI systems belong to Voxo Nigeria Limited. Users retain ownership of the content they upload or generate, but may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plotresume is not responsible for job outcomes, employment decisions, or consequences arising from the use of generated content. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 30 days.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.

12. AI Usage & Disclosure

Plotresume utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to power certain features of the platform, including resume generation, cover letters, LinkedIn banners, and portfolio content.

Our AI features are powered by third-party providers, including OpenAI. We may use a range of models, including but not limited to GPT-4o-mini and newer variants, depending on the specific use case.

All AI-generated content is based on user-provided input. While we aim for high-quality and accurate outputs, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for specific purposes.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all generated content before use.

13. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Plotresume, you agree to use the platform only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

You agree NOT to use the platform to generate, upload, or distribute any content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal data of others without authorization
• Is harmful, abusive, or intended to harass others
• Attempts to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or its AI systems

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.

14. Prohibited Content (NSFW & Sexual Content)

Plotresume strictly prohibits the generation, submission, or use of sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content on the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit text or imagery
• Content intended for adult entertainment purposes
• Any material that is inappropriate for professional or workplace environments

Any attempt to generate or use such content will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban from the platform.

15. AI Content Ownership & Responsibility

All templates, designs, and platform infrastructure are the intellectual property of Plotresume. AI-generated content is created based on user input and remains the responsibility of the user.

Plotresume does not claim ownership over user-generated content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
