Welcome to Plotresume (“we”, “our”, “us”). Plotresume is owned and operated by Voxo Nigeria Limited. By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Service

Plotresume provides resume creation, editing, management, and optimization services. While certain features may be available for free at our discretion, full resume management, editing, and downloading functions are accessible only with an active paid subscription.

2. Account Registration & Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Plotresume, you automatically accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all rules governing the service.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically every month.
• Charges occur on the 1st of each month.
• If we are unable to charge your payment method for at least 7 days after the renewal date, your account may be restricted.
• During restriction, resume editing, management, and download features will be disabled until payment is successfully completed.

4. Service Access Based on Subscription Status

Resume building and AI assistance are available. However, full resume management tools are only available to users with an active subscription. Free features, if any, are offered solely at Plotresume’s discretion and may be modified or removed at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Plotresume offers a 14-day refund policy for all paid subscriptions.

A user may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if the service does not meet their expectations or if the charge was made in error.

Refund requests submitted within the 14-day period will be processed in accordance with this policy.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.
• If the original payment method cannot receive refunds, Plotresume will issue the refund through an alternative method such as bank transfer or Payoneer.
• If neither option is available, the refund will be issued as platform credits that can be used within the Plotresume service.

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting Plotresume support at the official support email provided on the website.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring all provided information is accurate. Unauthorized account sharing or access attempts may lead to account suspension.

7. Service Availability

While we aim for seamless experience, Plotresume does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues may lead to temporary service interruption.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

All tools, content, design, and AI systems belong to Voxo Nigeria Limited. Users retain ownership of the content they upload or generate, but may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plotresume is not responsible for job outcomes, employment decisions, or consequences arising from the use of generated content. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 30 days.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
