Apply vibe coding and modern AI design tools (Claude Design, Lovable, Figma) to go from idea to working prototype fast. Build and maintain reusable components, variants, and design tokens so the product stays consistent as it scales. Design for accessibility by default: clear labels, keyboard use, focus, contrast, useful errors, and status beyond color (WCAG 2.2 AA). Design mobile-first, responsive interfaces that hold up on a phone and adapt cleanly to desktop. Produce engineering-ready handoffs a developer can start building tomorrow: flows, states, validation rules, and component specs. Collaborate in fast iteration loops with designers, engineers, product, and learning experts to sharpen user flows. Bring energy, ideas, and momentum to a small team building real product. A strong portfolio of shipped product design across web and mobile, with clear thinking behind the pixels. Strong skills in Figma, and craft in visual and interaction design: hierarchy, spacing, typography, and states. A genuine sense of product: you interrogate the brief, make assumptions explicit, and prioritize what matters. Interest in designing for AI-enhanced, personalized user journeys, and keeping people in control of the AI. Fluent with modern AI design and prototyping tools, and willing to keep experimenting as the tooling evolves.
